So is it soda? Pop? Coke?
Growing up in California, I knew of fizzy, carbonated and artificially flavored drinks only as soda.  In Kansas, it’s called pop (and I’ve admittedly been known to waver and use the p-word on occasion).
Hmmm… I wonder if there is a correlation between referring to your carbonated beverage as “soda” and living in a “blue state” and calling it “pop” and living in a “red state”…
For the record, I consider the soda vs. pop debate to be similar to the bag vs. sack discussion.
